Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:30.

The preferred approach for contacting NZRS is via e-mail to support@nzrs.net.nz. We will respond to registrar queries within one business day where it is practical to do so.

Outside Business Hours

Registrars (Only): to contact NZRS urgently outside the normal business hours, please call: (64 4) 496-4697

Your call will be taken by a call centre operator who will request your contact details. These will be passed on to NZRS Support, who will then respond to your call on the number given to the operator. An escalation process is in place to ensure that your message is passed on. You can expect a response to your call within 15 minutes.
